Traxmeet campaign during the period of 16.10.-31.11.2009
Traxmeet campaign is hereinafter referred to as the "campaign". Campaign and related sweepstakes Organizer is Elisa Oyj.
Main prizes
1st prize: 500 euros for you, and one FRWD B400 Outdoor Sports Computer for your friend
Additional prizes
2nd prize: FRWD W400 Outdoor Sports Computer
3rd -4th prizes: FRWD B400 Outdoor Sports Computer
5th -7th prizes: myLOGGER GPS exercise route logger
Total value of the prizes: 1224 euros.
The campaign can also arrange additional sweepstakes. Prizes can not be replaced or product prizes can not be converted into cash. The organizer is not responsible for the potential tax or other consequences that may be caused to the winners receiving the prizes.
Participation
Campaign sweepstakes will involve all persons registered to Traxmeet.com service who have uploaded at least 3 performances to the service by 31/11/2009. Campaign participation does not require the participant to give the marketing authorization while registering to the service. Children under the age of 18 need parental consent to participate in the campaign.
Campaign Participation is free. It will only be eligible to participate under user's own name and under his/her own email address. The information given must be truthful. Each person may participate in the campaign only once. Elisa Oyj's employees can not participate in the campaign.
Campaign participants give permission that they will receive information via e-mail during the campaign. Campaign organizer will not share contact information, and contact information will not be used for any other purposes without the consent of the individual participant.
General
Last date for campaign entries is 31/11/2009. The campaign may also be terminated before the date mentioned above or the last day of campaign entries can be postponed. Drawing of the prizes is conducted by 20/12/2009. Sweepstake winners will be published on the internet at http://www.traxmeet.com/. In addition, winners will be notified personally by e-mail to the e-mail address provided while registering to traxmeet.com service.
This online campaign is supported by the most common web browsers and email clients. Organizer of the campaign and the technical developer third parties of the campaign are not responsible for the problems arising from the general internet network connection, a firewall or antivirus software, the problems arising from the operation or campaign, a person involved in an intentional or unintentional harmful conduct and not the result of indirect damage incurred. These rules apply to all campaign participants. By participating in this campaign, the participants undertake to abide by these rules and a campaign Organizer decisions. Organizer reserves the right to rule changes. Campaign rules and interpretation of the rules of any ambiguities is resolved by the Organizer.
